IMPORTANT GYPSYMOON VENDOR INFORMATION
You will be notified within 3-4 weeks after applications close whether you were accepted or not. Please be sure to check your email and spam folders.
Types of vendors we are looking for: Antique, Vintage, Handmade, Clothing, Gift Items, Food, Repurposed, Furniture, Leather Goods, Home Decor: We limit vendors per category which allows our vendors to be as successful as possible.
As much as we support direct sales or independent consultants, we do not accept or allow them into GypsyMoon Marketplace.
Creative displays are what sets GypsyMoon Marketplace apart from your average flea market or any other event. If you are accepted, please be creative with your space. Majority of our inside spaces are located inside of authentic horse stables.
Vendors MUST stay for entire event as well as have enough inventory for the entire event. We do not allow you to only offer pre-order items. No Exceptions.
Each Maker and Vendor must go through the entire selection process and be approved. All vendors must apply - even if you have previously applied for other GypsyMoon Marketplace events.
You must sell items that you apply and/or are accepted for. (Example: If you are approved for bringing home decor, and you plan to bring in a jewelry vendor to your booth, the jewelry vendor must fill out the application, be approved and accepted in order to participate with you in your booth.)
